RecommendedMy 9 year old son needed a bmx bike but a 20" was to big. The sales staff suggested a 18" frame and tire. It was a special order and came in within a week. Great bike, great staff at Zoo City. 5 stars
Seriously, the nicest guys around. We've recently bought a skateboard, mountain bike and a unicycle from them. We'll never shop anywhere else. Amazing service!
Special order bike came in quickly was assembled expertly. Fit was tested with a quick ride in parking lot and adjusted on the spot. All warranties and guarantees were explained. Felt like first class service!

I just picked up my first “real” bike ever today. Bret, Dustin, and the rest of the staff were fantastic on both of my visits. I knew nothing about bikes when I walked in...(and objectively I still don’t), but they made the process very smooth for me. There was no pressure, and I felt no question was foolish. Will be back soon and will be telling my friends.
Love this store. The employees all ride bikes, and are very knowledgable of the products they sell. The service guys in the back have done a great job working on my bikes as well. I highly recommend looking for your next bike here!
