I travel quite a bit for work, so finding a solid gym on the road can be hit or miss. This place absolutely delivered. Great selection of equipment, everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a good workout in away from home. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and I had no problem jumping right into my normal routine. Definitely one of the better gyms I’ve trained at while traveling. If work brings me back to the area, I’ll absolutely be back.
I’ve been going here since December and have really enjoyed it. The equipment is always clean, well maintained, and there’s everything I need for a great workout. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. Being open 24/7 has also been a huge plus with my inconsistent work schedule. Definitely a great gym with a welcoming atmosphere!
if you love yourself, and you love fitness, you HAVE to check out/ join Zones Gym an aesthetic high end gym premium equipment very clean not too crowded! & everyone’s always locked into bettering themselves there sauna, cold plunges, and massages are options to try! 10/10 would recommend joining !
After looking for a gym in or around Cincinnati, I finally found Zones! It has a great atmosphere, tons of classes that are full of great and friendly members. The instructors work you hard and it is worth it! The amenities are fantastic, there is plenty of open space for ground work, stretching, and even an indoor pickle ball court! No kids are allowed, and I think it makes the atmosphere much more relaxed I am looking forward to using their recovery zone of the gym once I am in more of a groove. .
