This is one of the best gym’s that Cincinnati has to offer! I am an avid gym go-er and this gym is my favorite! The place is always clean, equipment is new, and the staff is always welcoming and very helpful. The best place to wind down and get away from the busy-ness of life.

I originally signed up before they opened. The original part owner fell through and so did my business to business discount I was verbally promised. This was 19 months ago. I told them on the phone and via email (third party billing) at least back then to cancel the membership. I did not utilize the gym even ONCE. I don't hear anything from them for over 18 months.. I travel quite a bit for work, so finding a solid gym on the road can be hit or miss. This place absolutely delivered. Great selection of equipment, everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a good workout in away from home. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and I had no problem jumping right into my normal routine. Definitely one of the better gyms I’ve trained at while traveling. If work brings me back to the area, I’ll absolutely be back.

I’ve been going here since December and have really enjoyed it. The equipment is always clean, well maintained, and there’s everything I need for a great workout. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. Being open 24/7 has also been a huge plus with my inconsistent work schedule. Definitely a great gym with a welcoming atmosphere!
