If you are debating what fitness gym to join look no further. Zones Gym is a must see!!! The equipment is top notch +++. I did the strength class with Jami and she was amazing in how she explained the weights that we were using. I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the atmosphere was when we walked around the gym. There was an indoor pickleball court and a zen room for pilates and yoga. I am not exaggerating when I say this is a Luxury Gym. This is by far the nicest gym I have been to. From the equipment/machines, locker rooms, trainers, indoor pickleball court, various workout classes (strength, boot camp, yoga, Pilates, etc.) and their “Recovery Zone”. I visited Zones Gym for the first time for Bodypump. The gym has state of the art equipment - I thought I might be intimidated in such a nice gym, but the staff made me feel very comfortable! They were really welcoming and throughout the class I was able to adjust the weights for different exercises as needed.
