This is a beautiful and very clean gym! Love this space where you can work out and focus on wellness.
Recently took a Body Pump class at Zones Gym with friends and family, and it was an awesome experience! The workout was challenging but fun, and our instructor, Ryan, was incredible. She brought so much energy and made sure everyone stayed motivated, whether you were a beginner or a regular. Another thing that sets Zones Gym apart is their indoor pickleball court. It’s such a cool addition that most gyms don’t have, and it’s a great way to mix up your routine while having fun.
I had initially won a 30-day pass to Zones. I came every day. The classes are great. I have tried almost every one. They help with modifications and do not judge if you are unable to maintain the same speed. I officially signed up last week and it is one of my best investments. The gym is always clean. It has equipment that fits everyone’s needs. I highly recommend Zones Gym. Sign up now, you won’t regret it!
Zones Gym has a very inviting atmosphere and great class coaches that are very motivating. I am excited to use them again!
