This must be a scam company. The phone number doesn’t work and then after hours takes you to a soliciting number. I was able to get a Groupon and schedule an appointment. The Salon called me that day before And said they don’t have space anymore for a salon and I can just sit there and wait for months. Lol So conveniently, they waited the day before to cancel my appointment while I already paid. How many people did they do this to our keeping their money?
Stay away from this merchant. I purchased a Groupon over a month ago for a Brazilian blowout. I had a scheduled appointment for today at 3pm. I received a confirmation from Groupon via email. On my way over to the salon, I received a call from a phone number I did not recognize. It was at 2:50 PM. Low and behold, it was the merchant Linda, calling me to cancel my appointment, claiming that she tried to reach me earlier. I had zero notifications from them prior to today. This place is a hidden gem!! They are the sweetest people and really care about the customer! I was so happy with the job and would suggest it to everyone!!! They made me feel like a princess!!! I really loved this place and will definitely be back! The best hair salon I’ve ever been because of their commitment to their client’s happiness!
