I joined Zone7 Fitness Center two months ago. I’ve seen amazing progress since joining. I take all of their classes. I’ve noticed that I have more energy throughout the day and my strength and endurance has increased. All of the trainers at Zone7 Fitness Center have made modifications to the workouts for me and they are all patient. I really enjoy attending Ali classes. I've only been to a handful of workouts at Zone7, but they've all been excellent so far. Will definitely be going back! Elijah always rocks it as instructor.
