Purchased a car from out of the state. Had car inspected by mobile inspectors that Ray had recommended. Nothing showed up on the mobile inspection, but when brought for inspection once car was delivered, two significant oil leaks were discovered. Now, Ray is ghosting me even though we were well within the 15 day/500 mile implied warranty. I'd assume legal intervention would the only way to get him to respond to a message once the deal is completed.
Purchased my vehicle here and dealt with RJ and Ray. The process was very easy and I'm happy with my.new car.
Where do start my fiance bought a car nothing but issues right after he left the dealer real nice when ur there to buy but after transactions done they dont care. Also Ray the finance manager is a horrible person stay away from this place at all costs.
Sold me a car with bad brakes. Warranty does not cover most important components of vehicle.
Salesman was great other than that horrible got me extended warranty that supposedly covers everything I'm having problems now they won't pay also same as other reviews i read had car for 3 weeks check engine turned on buyer beware I'd stay away from this place they fix up cars sell them and u as the buyer have issues shortly after getting your car I'll never buy a car from here again.
