The technician, Brandon Cable, that services our location is thorough, professional, and friendly. He answers all questions that we've had regarding ongoing issues and the best way to handle them, even if the answer may mean that we don't need their services. I inquired on a Sunday morning. Diane called me by 1:00 the same day. They setup a time around my schedule and Brandon was in contact from then on. Came over and sprayed very throughly. I was very happy to have one of their friendly and knowledgeable techs, Brandon, walk me through their pest control process. Very happy with this company. And I know for a fact now their termite warranty and service is cheaper and more comprehensive than Terminix. As long as we live in Atlanta this will be our pest control company.
