I inquired on a Sunday morning. Diane called me by 1:00 the same day. They setup a time around my schedule and Brandon was in contact from then on. Came over and sprayed very throughly. I was very happy to have one of their friendly and knowledgeable techs, Brandon, walk me through their pest control process. Very happy with this company. And I know for a fact now their termite warranty and service is cheaper and more comprehensive than Terminix. As long as we live in Atlanta this will be our pest control company. Maaannn, Brandon is awesome! Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and honest. What I think I love the most is that he takes pride in his job. This was not your run of the mill service. It was refreshing to have a technician like him!
