All started well, until the quarantine was lifted. Because my wife has immune issues, we did not feel comfortable returning to the gym after lockdown. I asked to cancel my membership, but Tim the owner, assured that the gym was safe and refused to cancel my membership. He offered to “defer” my $10 membership to only $5 for 3 months, but that still meant that I was paying for a service that I did not use, and would still be on the hook for $10 a month for 3 months past my contract date. great place. clean and quiet
Clean, clean, clean. I have memberships all over Tampa with my insurance plan and by far I like coming to Zone the best. They check your temperature before you enter, they are constantly cleaning and have all new, state of the art equipment.
Zone is a great local gym with plenty of space and equipment. Very friendly staff, very clean, not too busy and nice equipment.
I joined Zone in January of 2019 and have absolutely loved it! The staff and owner are great, helpful and very friendly. The gym is clean and you can typically get your work on the machines with little to no wait times. The other members are friendly as well. I have had nothing but great interactions with all members and staff. I am very pleased to be a member and look forward to being one for a long time!
We are extremely confident to be member ! So professional and helpful with all kind of requests . All Equipment are new and very clean at restrooms and also the gym ! Staff Receptions are very dedicate to any kind of questions. Thanks folks !
