I was pleased with Technician Ronan's work to inspect my HVAC/plumbing system per property management requirement. He was knowledgeable and detailed-oriented. He discovered air handler leak and gave me recommendations for replacement and what to do as a home owner for product selection. I will recommend Zone Control and Ronan's excellent work.
Our outdoor heat pump unit was frozen a few weeks ago. Our neighbor referred us to Zone Control. We called them during after hours but since we were still getting heat inside the house it wasn’t considered an emergency.
