Really impressed with Zone Control. They were quick, very professional and made the experience of replacing my hvac much less stressful. I needed a specific kind of heat pump for my older condo. I was pleased with Technician Ronan's work to inspect my HVAC/plumbing system per property management requirement. He was knowledgeable and detailed-oriented. He discovered air handler leak and gave me recommendations for replacement and what to do as a home owner for product selection. I will recommend Zone Control and Ronan's excellent work.

Our outdoor heat pump unit was frozen a few weeks ago. Our neighbor referred us to Zone Control. We called them during after hours but since we were still getting heat inside the house it wasn’t considered an emergency. However, Sandra was very prompt in calling us back early the next morning to schedule a tech to come out. I had been dealing with an issue with my 4-year-old furnace for the past two years. Whenever the outside temperature dropped below 35°F, the system would shut down the thermostat and fail to restart.
