I'm 83yrs young.. Fell down some stairs at home. 7 to be exact.. Bruises,sore, concussion, but no broken bones! Dr. Said because I exercised at the zone,I had a better chance of not breaking bones. Awesome caring trainers,owners,and great group of people in my classes!
Great trainers, great workout and great fun. Zone took from me from the couch to working out 6 classes a week. Ya gotta try it!
Great classes; keeps you motivated - lots of fun; instructors are great. Something for everyone's fitness levels. Especially love the 5:15 am classes.
Can not tell you what this place has done for me in the short time I have been going!!!! Last year I visited 3 different gyms, None of them measure up to Zone! I love the support from everyone from the owners, instructor's and members!! Everyone is so friendly and they are truly committed to helping you get healthy the right way!! Love Love Love my Zone family!!!
