Great Location cute 1 bedroom apartment
Aug 2024 - Tour and staff were fine. Unit shown looked clean and had a few remaining clean up steps to take. Post-tour follow up and internet based application process is really junky and near impossible to follow or understand. Website is clunky and documentation/ directions really awkward to use. That aspect needs lots of help. Jul 2025 update - Clean up repairs required and noted on move-in forms were never completed. Zona Village is indeed a delightful and serene community, perfectly tucked away on the west side of town. Its quiet atmosphere makes it an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
My move into Zona Village Apartments went very smoothly, everybody was really friendly in the Office and made me feel welcomed. The application process was streamlined and easy to complete. The Apartment is really nice, immaculately clean up to date and was at a very good price. I definitely would recommend Zona Village to anyone looking.
