Review as of 8/2/26 I am going on my 5 year and second Casita here at Zona Village. No place is perfect especially historic building like the Casitas in the complex, but you never have to worry about it because of the amazing maintenance team here. Day and night Jessie and his assistant Greyson are on call to make sure you are safe and things are working. From the day I decided to visit till now, I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. They are diligent, communicative and kind. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. The location is convenient and quiet at night. Big shout out to Kay, Jesse, Delya and Greyson for working so hard to keep everyone happy!

I see a progressing decline in the overall service that could be offered although it is a great location. I do have to point out that there is a lack of communication within management as well as administration throughout the property. However, I would like to know that the maintenance manager and team are beyond understanding and motivated, which overall is a pleasant experience unfortunately, I feel that there could be some changes that are needed within the office to oversee complaints.

Let me tell you, this apartment complex is such a wonderful community! So understanding, helpful and really on top of things! I absolutely love living here and I couldn’t be more happier to live in such a wonderful place I call home! Thank you so much Zona Village !🥳

Definitely a quiet and clean complex, on site laundry (2 smaller and 1 larger) maintenance handles things in a timely manner and managers answer all questions, application process is easy, clean and nice grilling areas with shaded cover, clean pool opened all the time! Plenty of parking and dog friendly.
