Dr O'Neil and Todd Mcmurdie and staff are an AMAZING team. They are caring Compassionate Loving and Hands on with their patients. When you have a Doctor that will call you personally to see how you are doing...I cant express enough how grateful I am to have them. Oh yeah and I always feel better after treatments. There is not enough stars to give this office in Goodyear Az. Thank you all for such a warm and welcoming feeling every time I come.
Zinaspine lied to me. Told me that my injection request was denied by my insurance, BCBS and that I could pay cash. I called BCBS and they never received any request for the injection. Zonaspine wanted me to pay thousands of dollars. I went to Novaspine and they had no problem with my BCBS being approved, and they didn't want any cash. I still can't believe ZonaSpine tried to do me this way. I hope this helps anyone else.
Dr.Kalmat is by far the best, very patient with my millions of questions. Made the injection experience pain free and lessened my anxiety. You can tell he truly cares for his patients. After months of trying to find a good doctor to help me and get answers in this process of dealing with my back issues, he has been one of the best I’ve seen by far! I would highly recommend him! And his office staff are great as well!
Dr. Kalmat, Colleen and staff. They are truly wonderful people. I had two procedures done recently, injections and a branch block one being an epidural in upper back. Dr. Kalmat is very gentle during these procedures and you can tell he genuinely cares. Thank you for helping me.
