I can't confirm they have security personnel on the payroll. You might want to call in to ask. Pets are allowed, and that's great, but owners don't clean after their pets. Zona Rio is a great place to live. It’s safe, clean and the office staff are so helpful and kind. The apartments are super cute and just enough room. I love living here! KP
