I called to see if you are accepting new patients. When I asked for the location to make sure it was the right one, your receptionist did not know your address, and did not understand what I was asking when I asked for the location, she stayed quiet. Frustrated at this point, I asked if I could walk in, she said I would have to make an appointment. I said okay when is the next available appointment, she replied "not today" I said "okay, tomorrow", she said "yes" and continued to stay quiet. I hung up. Frustrating.

So refreshing to have a doctor that listens to what you really want/need as a patient. I never feel rushed. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. It is such a nice change of pace.

Doctors are great, but the front desk girl is very unkind and seems to not like her job. Not the best first impression for your business, especially one dealing with those who are seeking medical care.
