I had a great experience at this clinic! The receptionist girls were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. The staff member who took my vitals was also kind and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The doctors were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can really tell they care about their patients. Overall, excellent service and a comfortable environment. Highly recommend!
I saw Dr. Bulama 3 times in the past 6 months. She was very helpful the first 2 times I saw her, but on our third visit she didn't listen to anything I had to say. Because my bloodwork results were "within normal range" she refused any further testing , even after I told her about research I had done that said it was possible to still have this condition with normal blood levels, and that I had all of the symptoms. I called to see if you are accepting new patients. When I asked for the location to make sure it was the right one, your receptionist did not know your address, and did not understand what I was asking when I asked for the location, she stayed quiet. Frustrated at this point, I asked if I could walk in, she said I would have to make an appointment. I said okay when is the next available appointment, she replied "not today" I said "okay, tomorrow", she said "yes" and continued to stay quiet. I hung up. Frustrating.
So refreshing to have a doctor that listens to what you really want/need as a patient. I never feel rushed. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. It is such a nice change of pace.
The new management at Zomak Medical Clinic has completely transformed this place. The improvement is truly remarkable—everything feels more organized, efficient, and welcoming compared to how things were before. A special shout-out to Dr. Oloko, who is absolutely exceptional. Their professionalism, care, and dedication to patients make every visit smooth and reassuring. You truly feel listened to and well taken care of.
