We had a very negative experience with company. The finish bubbled up or lifted away a few months after the initial job in various spots. They begrudgingly redid the floors, without a warranty the 2nd time around. We are now having multiple spots that have lightened in various places. Really disappointing.

We refinished this client's floor a second time with favorable results for no additional cost. She has not contacted us since nor complained after the second refinishing. Site conditions including moisture issues at her home lead to the problems with the floor. We clearly communicated this to the client (see attached email below). If she decides not to correct the moisture issues, the problem will persist over and over again.
