Very rude. Asked me tell me the story with my car so I talk to him for about 45 seconds about the safety issue we experienced. He very rudely cuts me off, essentially saying his time was too valuable and that he only cares about paperwork, not my story and "I only successfully prosecute X many cases by focusing on paperwork!"
