Absolutely the best company! They did our roof on time and on budget ... as promised, when promised. Sean the estimator answered every question and every call. The crew was quiet, hard working and polite. The job site was clean throughout the process. Our roof looks fantastic! In a word, they are trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
I contracted ****** Roofing. The new roof project cost is over $40K. First, they delivered the wrong Polystick underlayment. I insisted on getting what I paid for. Then the Polystick TU Max was delivered. The Foreman for the underlayment team was conscientious and kept me informed except when they left a hole in the wall from removing the old flashing. The roof has been completed for 6 months. We have come out numerous times since it has been completed. After the roof was completed, you had an inspector come and said he found 9 cracked tiles. We came out to replace these 9 tiles and found 15 more. All of which were not cracked when we completed the roof (we have photos to show this provided by your inspector.) I hired Zoller TWICE to do different parts of my roof. The first project was a shingle roof on the front of the house. Everything was delivered and executed flawlessly. They really did a great job. I later had a leak after a particularly heavy rain in the area that was re-roofed. They came out right away to try and fix whatever was wrong. It turns out that it was from INSIDE a chimney enclosure. Even though it was not their fault, they came back several times to fix the problem!
