Purchased a Groupon for two facials a month ago and scheduled online as requested. I received a text confirmation saying someone with reach out to confirm but have not received anything and have tried to reach out multiple times as I will be coming from out of town and needed notice. If you can’t handle any more influx of purchases from Grouponers then please remove it to avoid any more customer complaints.
I purchased a Groupon and should have known that this experience be horrible when the website linked on the Groupon was not established. I continued over the course of weeks calling to get an appointment but kept getting an automated text message. Eventually during one of my attempts I was provided with the correct website and instructions to make appointment via the website. Extraction was aggressive and left me with three very prominent scars. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Great spot! Wax is gentle, Bianca always does a great job! highly recommend for beard waxing and male facial grooming
