Ash is the absolute best massage therapist I've ever had. I've been to several over the last 5 years, and they have been the most effective in managing my pain and mobility needs. I do a lot of high impact activities (martial arts, sword fighting, etc) and they have kept my body functional and reduced the effects of all the various injuries I've received over the years. The group KAP experience was a very positive experience for me, it was the first time trying ketamine therapy. Patty and Dr.Dawn both held a very safe nurturing space for our journeys, and I felt very uplifted, positive and joyous following each session.
