I got my nails done on the 24th of October and on the 25 it began to chip. My mom had an appointment and showed up on time. When she was already almost at the salon, the nail tech texted her saying she would be an hour late because she was behind- with ZERO notice beforehand. My mom waited over an hour and 10 minutes past her scheduled time. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer’s time. If you can’t manage appointments or communicate properly, you shouldn’t be booking them.
