Dr. Mancil was thorough and examined my sore inspecting the surrounding area as well. Samples of the infected area and recommending home health to visit me and examine the progress of the healing of the area. They also visited me and inspected the area and reapplied a new dressing of the area. I am pleased and hopeful I will return to normal.
I am only happy with one or two of your Ochsner doctors which I can name but the one we’re talking about is Dr Mansel and I gather it’s for wound care. She is excellent very kind very easy to talk to and listen to everything you have to say I cannot say enough about her professionalism and just a sweet person all the way around I definitely recommend her as an employee but some of your other people or whatever is going on over there is a bunch of crap. in particular, your billing is unbelievable. Everyone there is first class and so dedicated. From the receptionist, all the nurses and Dr. Mancil herself. Everyone is very knowledgeable about wound treatment and make every attempt to make it as comfortable as it can be. It's been my only wound care provider and always will be. There are other places closer to my house but I will travel the extra distance for the care I receive there. I'm am wound free now and hopefully it stays that way.
