Dr. Zohoury was one of the best doctors I ever had if not the best. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She actually listened to my concerns and tried to find possible causes and solutions. I miss doctors that do that and have had a hard time finding another physician that shows the same level of care since I have moved far from the area. The staff is great, all friendly and polite. I have seen Dr. Carolyn Zohoury for about 15 years and she is excellent and so is the staff. We just love Lillian, her nurse! My whole family sees her and I have recommend many to her as well. I love that I can be seen any day I want without an appointment, just wait your turn to be seen. The waiting room is beautiful so your wait is quite pleasant and so is the smooth jazz. I love the care and compassion I get every time I come. No concern is ever dismissed.

Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I will absolutely return.
