I have worked with Yafit for 10 years! She is the best and I highly recommend her.
I've requested my 2017 tax return documents on april 19th. Everytime i call them a women answers and advises me that she will be sending it in 30 mins. it's now april 25th and ive contacted them almost everyday to get it. They have failed to provide me my tax return documents still. After getting off the call today. The women said that she cant give them to me because the women who filed it is on vacation. WTF.
