I had a great experience with this doctor and friendly office personnel. I've always had bad experiences with dentist until I started with Dr. Zoerhof. I felt comfortable, no lengthy waiting time, calming atmosphere.
I have been going to Dr. Zoerhof for all of my dental care needs for years. Dr. Zoerhof is very kind, caring and gentle, making every visit a great one. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, easing stress. The staff is professional and work hard with my insurance to make sure there are no suprises. The office is very clean. I am grateful to have found Dr. Zoerhof and staff! I highly recommend this Doctor and office!
My husband had an appointment here today to get his tooth extracted. Not only did they not check to see if he was numb but continued pulling his tooth even when he told the dentist to stop and that he could feel it. It got to the point where I had to stand up and block him and that’s when he said “get your hand out of here. I don’t need your help.” Dr. Zoehrof also has an alcohol related conviction in 2025 that you can see on Michigan department of licensing and regulatory affairs. Take my advice and find a different dentist
The receptionist here is awful, every interaction i have had with her she is rude and doesn't help with any questions what so ever. The dentist barely does anything and if you take your child there all he does is count their teeth and charge you for it. Definitely would not recommend.
