Had a great experience on the phone with Cody today. He was honest, straight to the point, and extremely helpful. Took about 10 minutes on the phone with Cody to fix a power issue with my Maverick that 3 different dealers were unable to solve. The auto industry needs more Codys! Kudos
All I can say is this is a phenomenal dealership , Jeff took absolutely great care of me on my first vehicle a 2017 Dodge Durango GT , They will not try to haggle you or give you anything you do not want warranty wise , My vehicle came with a 3000 mile warranty not a lot of dealers do that FOR FREE , with me being in Omaha and them being in Beatrice Jeff personally delivered my car to me ! , Nice easy process with buying a used car from this dealer there is so many great things I can say all I can say is if you are buying a ... read more
I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle with Zoellner Ford. Ray took amazing care of me and helped me with the perfect truck for my needs, and Dennis delivered the truck to my home and showed me the technology. We bought our pickup from Zoellner Ford at the end of 2024. Everyone was so awesome! Great customer service! They made vehicle buying not so awful. Would definitely recommend this dealership!
I'm satisfied with the service I had with Zoellner Ford. I had a fuel injection problem with my new F-350 an issue with the injection pump I know Ford knows about but hasn't issued any kind of recall yet . Some of the work was warranty some wasn't which I had to reluctantly pay. Zoellner absorbed a big chunk of the cost even though I didn't purchase my truck from them which I very much appreciated.
