Not a pleasant experience to break down, but if you have a break down, I wouldn’t want it to be anywhere but near Zoellner Ford. Exceptional service from the start. Arrived prior to shop hours but was greeted by Anthony in the Quick Lane Department and he got the check in process started and showed me around the waiting area, and got me settled. Came in with a nail in my tires last minute at 4:00 they took care of me with no issues
Dennis is the man, got the truck I wanted and he was able to it get into the right pay range. Everyone there was laid back and answered any questions my wife and I had. This is a low pressure dealership that price vehicles to sell.
