Day 8…. Have already lost over 9 lbs. Tonight’s meal is baby Bella mushrooms and bison meatballs. So easy to make and absolutely delightful! UPDATE 2 yrs later: Once you hit your 20 lbs lost the staff forget about you and transition back to the real world was basically by yourself. Hence all the weight came right back. Great support while you are going through it and yes you lose the weight because you can barely eat anything but be cautious as you will lack the support of a gradual re-introduction to the "real world".
Zoe Wellness helped me completely transformed the way I eat. I finally learned what clean eating really means and how to make healthy choices without feeling restricted. This course is a challenge to make you stay on trackbut it's well worth it. My coach love to make me work to stay on task in reaching my overall goals. I'm grateful for all they do.
