We settled for Zoes on Williams Rd for the longest time because of their after hours and weekend appointment option. It wasn't until we encountered billing issues that the front staff REFUSED to address AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT COULDN'T BE REACHED TO EXPLAIN. During the patient transfer process I received minimal help getting the little information needed to get my kids into another doctor. Dr. Ehlamari has been the best pediatrician for our family. He has been seeing all three of my children since they were born, and he has always been kind, attentive, and wonderful with them. We truly appreciate the excellent care he provides and highly recommend him!
I am thankful to have found a pediatrician that allows parents to make medical decisions without judgements. This doctor in my opinion has the integrity I was looking for. My boys thought the doctor was approachable, kind and patient. Thank you for running such a good facility. I'm looking forward to bringing my other children to meet her!
Nice facility, horrible staff. If you do not want to work with kids with autism or special needs, Walmart is hiring. Zoe ABA did not drop the ball, they threw the ball blindly into a thick forest. Zoe ABA made sure that my child did not receive services after almost 2 years of waiting. I escalated the matter to superiors, send emails, left voicemails, nobody followed up as for why my kid did not get the services that we so desperately deserved! Nothing.
