Very unprofessional! Be aware they will give your kids vaccines that are not mandatory! Been going here 11 years was upset after finding out they gave my daughter the HPV shot after we opted to only get what was required for school! She had a bad allergic reaction when I brought her in to see what was going on that’s when I found out they gave her the HPV shot when trying to figure out why? I wouldn’t have gave them a 1 star!!! I brought my 11 year lil girl to get vaccinated I specifically requested they only vaccinated her for what’s required for school!!! A day after she been vaccinated she broke out when I brought her back come to find out they Gave her the HPV shot!!! After I told them only whats required!!! My babies have been coming to this location since I gave birth to them and I have never had an issue with any of the staff up until today when one of the older female physicians (Dr. Conn) came into the room and made a unwarranted and rude comment regarding my daughters hair and why “black women” hair is the way it is. The nurses and front desk staff are always good to us but I won’t tolerate anyone feeling the need to be rude and place an opinion where it was not needed.
