I went for a basic manicure $25 around Christmas time. I noticed (coincidentally) that I was the only person asked to pay BEFORE they would paint my nails. I also noticed that all the other non-brown patrons were given gift bags as they checked out. I was the only one in the shop who didn’t receive one. Haley, Holly, Rosie and the staff at Zoe Nails are the best. Every regular client that walks in (myself included) gets greeted by name. They are so patient with me when I have no idea what to get. We will be utilizing them for my wedding nails + my full Bridal party. I do acrylic with gel and they turn out perfect every time. I also really appreciate how quick they are with my nails but also make the pedicures a relaxing experience.

I knew this owner, Heather. She used to work at Zenail and Spa. I wish I could give her 0 star. I brought a friend with me and she is Indian. Heather was not polite to my friend. She thinks my friend doesn't know anything about nails. I can't understand what she was talking to her worker but I can tell that they want us to leave as soon as possible. My mom was coming in from out of town and asked if I'd schedule us some pedicures. I'd been there once before and had acrylics removed and a manicure and it went fine. This time was awful First of all, we couldn't get to it. Roads were closed in every direction. Not their fault, but they could have warned me when I scheduled it and I kept calling and calling, plus left multiple messages, and no one ever picked up the phone or called me back.
