Very disappointing experience. My family had Dr Liu and Zhou for 10 years. They were charging extra visit fee for each visit ever we changed our health plan. They became very rude once we realized they charge extra, especially their front desk people. And the front desk people starts to say that we are “stupid” in their dialogue. Which is unbelievable and very disrespectful for their patients. Dr Liu and Zhou came out and protecting their front desk and give very bad attitude and tell us to leave which is very unprofessional... read more
Dr. Zhou is very unprofessional, he told my mother he will no longer see her as a patient(learn some bedside manners) and to go to a specialist Dr. to which he refuses to write a referral saying she does not need one. Called the other Dr offices and they said that was absurd.
Dr. Eric Zhou was incredibly rude and aggressive. He suggested I go to a different doctor. And the front desk overcharged me by $50.
