Zoe Dental is a scam company. They told me I needed extra cleaning because my gums were in terrible shape. Went back to my own dentist in Florida and he said my gums were fine. The dentist said I had to have a tooth pulled but I just had a root canal done in Florida. Do not trust these people. All they want is your money $$$$!
They lie about accepting insurance-don’t be misled!! I had several procedures done and even encouraged my wife to have her cleaning done at Zoe, as I was happy with the work done. However, they absolutely intentionally misled me about insurance coverage, if not outright lied to me. The website clearly states “We accept most insurance” and when I gave them my insurance information the front desk person said “Oh great, that brings your bill down significantly.” It turns out that they are actually out of network but explicitly ... read more
My experience at Zoe Dental was very positive. Nikki was very personable and a complete professional - Well done!
Dr. Lopez and her assistant were very professional and answered all of my questions. I’m usually very nervous for dental visits and they made sure to accommodate to my needs.
Not only was it very expensive - $448 for a filling - but now a month later I’m finding it was a horrible job. The tooth is still very sensitive and I’m going to have to find another dentist to correct their work. Not recommended.
The most pleasant dental office I have ever stepped foot in. The nicest and most dedicated staff I have seen in any dental or doctors office. Until I trusted Dr. Ledford, thinking he cared about my appearance. Major mistake. Because I have high anxiety and PTSD, I wrote him because it was easier to explain my feelings without crying, about the comments I was getting on his dental work for me. LOVE THIS PLACE – I was a person who really hated to go to the dentist. I was always very nervous and dreaded going. The first time I walked into Dr. Kennerly's office I was at ease because the staff tried to put me at ease. They knew I was uncomfortable and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Very Impressed – I didn't know what to expect from my first visit. My step mom recommended them to me after I left a chiild's dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and comfortable to be there. The hygienist I saw was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable on my first visit and explained everything I was confused about without even asking me.
