We have used them for months up until december. First let me tell i was happy with the cleaning of a specific cleaner. Unfortunately this girl was not sent to us all the time. On one occasion the carpet in the stairs had a bleach stain still fresh but owner denied and did not do anything to compensate us. purchased a cleaning from Groupon and had to call and schedule a time for cleaning. Owner was very rude on the phone and almost sounded upset to have to honor coupon. Decided pithing seconds I did not want this women or her company in my house! was told I would be issued a refund and it never happened. Straight up thief!
The cleaning I received in my home today was a blessing and I want to thank you And your girls Zoe for coming. I actually called my husband a coward for booking a cleaning company having never booked a cleaning company before, but I’m glad he did. I will definitely be booking you again girl
Not happy with this cleaning comp at all. They act like they are so much better than other cleaning comp. but they are not !. Talk bad about others, try to make others look bad, try questioning otheres integrity.. To get customers you DONT have to try and knock other companies or people. Theres enough work to go around for everyone. Owner is not who she portrays to be. Cleaners are down right bullied by owner & inexperienced in cleaning.
