We have been patients here since we moved here in. 2023,(we are military) this location was convenient and close in location. I have two children that attend this pediatrics. We Rarely come for sick visits usually routine well visits. Today was the worst experience since being patients here. In the past we’ve usually had great NP or doctors. We were first time patients and the CEO came in the exam room and never introduced themselves prior to giving my son medical services, then proceeded to lie to us and say the RSV vaccine was mandatory in the state of GA (which it is NOT). Nice receptionists and nurses, but very bad experience with the CEO and that should say it all.
About 4 months ago when my daughter had her 1 year check up. We had to self pay because my daughter didn't have her insurance at that time. I self payed I accidentally over charged and payed for a extra shot. I went up to the front and asked the ladies if I could get a refund , she was on her headset with the director to begin with , she said she would get with me and NEVER did still waiting on my refund. Ladies are RUDE ! Will not be returning as of monday. Will be moving my daughter to another pediatrician.
Dr. Ehlamari has been the best pediatrician for our family. He has been seeing all three of my children since they were born, and he has always been kind, attentive, and wonderful with them. We truly appreciate the excellent care he provides and highly recommend him!
We settled for Zoes on Williams Rd for the longest time because of their after hours and weekend appointment option. It wasn't until we encountered billing issues that the front staff REFUSED to address AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT COULDN'T BE REACHED TO EXPLAIN. During the patient transfer process I received minimal help getting the little information needed to get my kids into another doctor.
