I wish I could give less stars. Whoever the man is that works in billing is insanely rude. His has the worst attitude and is incredibly unhelpful. It’s crazy they allow him to speak to people at all. Every woman I’ve spoken to however has been kind and helpful. But whoever that man is shouldn’t be allowed to speak to clients. We won’t be back.
I would not recommend this pediatric office. The owner was very unprofessional and made inappropriate comments during my children’s checkup about things that were completely outside of our control. I felt the comments were unnecessary and inappropriate, especially in front of my children. We were also told that one of my children needed a separate appointment for something we were already there that day to take care of. The whole experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. This facility removed my autistic child as a patient because my voicemail is not set up on my personal cell. There are several other numbers and ways to reach and I tried to explain this to the owner however he didn't want to hear it. Nor did he even act as he cared.
Just got off the phone with THE OWNER OR THE ESTABLISHMENT who couldn't explain after 3yrs of a prescription why all of a sudden they NEED to see her every 3 months. Talked over me the whole time. This is after putting up with constant calls back and fourth to get the prescriptions going, referrals for my other child, and the half ass service they provide when you bring your child in. DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction with a medical office. I called to schedule an appointment for my child to receive her immunizations, and the person who answered the phone identified himself as the owner. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone dealing with a parent regarding a child’s medical care.
