I have been going here for years with no problems. Today, first time feeling discriminate,bullied and disrespected. I went to a 3:00 appointment walked out at 5:40 after hours. The Manager was so rude to me. Because I declined giving my 1year old 5 vaccines and blood drawn at once. I could find another practitioner. I kindly walked right out. Do not come here!!!! They made my child inactive because the “manager” didn’t like the way I was talking. No one contacted me about it I had to call that’s when the receptionist told me my child was inactive. Was warned not to come here and didn’t listen.
We are in the process of looking for a new pediatrician for my kids my daughter has been waiting a year for a referral to a specialist to see if she's autistic and my son has been waiting for a referral for a specialist for severe stomach issues spoke with a doctor yesterday who called me with lab results that wasn't the recent ones but were ones from a couple months ago only to tell me something's wrong with his blood and that I would be getting a call from a nurse yesterday with both referrals only to not get a call then w... read more
On Christmas Eve my son was diagnosed nonverbal level 3 (requiring substantial support) Dr. Tatum listened to my fears of my sons wandering and elopement that has caused injury resulting in emergency room visit. The referral was not submitted so I called Zoe Pediatrics01/27/26 and got an appointment to speak with mark peters as he Dr Tatum was no longer working with Zoe pediatrics.
