DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction with a medical office. I called to schedule an appointment for my child to receive her immunizations, and the person who answered the phone identified himself as the owner. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone dealing with a parent regarding a child’s medical care. I have been going here for years with no problems. Today, first time feeling discriminate,bullied and disrespected. I went to a 3:00 appointment walked out at 5:40 after hours. The Manager was so rude to me. Because I declined giving my 1year old 5 vaccines and blood drawn at once. I could find another practitioner. I kindly walked right out. Do not come here!!!! They made my child inactive because the “manager” didn’t like the way I was talking. No one contacted me about it I had to call that’s when the receptionist told me my child was inactive. Was warned not to come here and didn’t listen.
We are in the process of looking for a new pediatrician for my kids my daughter has been waiting a year for a referral to a specialist to see if she's autistic and my son has been waiting for a referral for a specialist for severe stomach issues spoke with a doctor yesterday who called me with lab results that wasn't the recent ones but were ones from a couple months ago only to tell me something's wrong with his blood and that I would be getting a call from a nurse yesterday with both referrals only to not get a call then w... read more
