On Christmas Eve my son was diagnosed nonverbal level 3 (requiring substantial support) Dr. Tatum listened to my fears of my sons wandering and elopement that has caused injury resulting in emergency room visit. My kids been going to Zoe’s for a while. I had been saw the bad reviews (especially on Yelp)… very unprofessional. The clinical director is so hard to get in touch with. I’ve been calling and they always say she’s away, it’s lunch time or she’ll call you back. Even though I stated the discussion is urgent, I still haven’t received a call. They also referred my child to a place for a psych evaluation(for autism) come to find out the man doesn’t even take our insurance. Who does that?
