Dr.Kong and all the staff at Zoe are amazing . She cares for her patients and is genuine. We love her and everyone in the Thomaston practice.
Dr. Kong is the worst with kids. I’ve been bringing my kids here for 2 years since I moved to Thomaston and never had any problems with any other doctors or staff besides her. I don’t know why she works with kids and doesn’t have the patience or loving personality as other staff in the facility. I was told that theres numerous of the parents that complain about her. At my daughter’s 2 yr check up she was racist and dismissive, I’ve never experienced such discrimination at a facility of such. Definitely switching pediatrician... read more
The worst communication I experienced today they didn’t even answer my call after calling numerous times. I was so upset for getting the run around for my son medication only for them to tell me they can’t refill his medicine until he is seen. Which I was very upset because he needed it & they really drop the ball.
Doesn't listen at all every time we took a said child it was strep and we took them somewhere else and it wasn't strep at all and what was given from the other doctor we went to it helped out so we haven't been since
Doctor said the tubes put in my son’s ears were not dissolvable but were silver and were metal. She sent a referral to ENT to get them removed. ENT said “she does not know what she is talking about”
