The worst communication I experienced today they didn’t even answer my call after calling numerous times. I was so upset for getting the run around for my son medication only for them to tell me they can’t refill his medicine until he is seen. Which I was very upset because he needed it & they really drop the ball.
Doesn't listen at all every time we took a said child it was strep and we took them somewhere else and it wasn't strep at all and what was given from the other doctor we went to it helped out so we haven't been since
Doctor said the tubes put in my son’s ears were not dissolvable but were silver and were metal. She sent a referral to ENT to get them removed. ENT said “she does not know what she is talking about”
Dr.Kong and all the staff at Zoe are amazing . She care for her patients and is genuine. We love her and everyone in the Thomaston practice.
I would give 0 if it was an option. They allow racism and decided segregation of us and making us sit outside was the best response as well as dismissed my child as a patient when she was the victim! Worst pediatrician I have ever encountered!
