Extremely unprofessional property managers. Many red flags, believe the low rating reviews. Their maintenance guy doesn’t even understand english. Now I’m stuck here for a year and can’t wait to end my lease.
Strongly advise anyone from moving here. The owners and management have been nightmares to deal with.
My husband and I lived at the Zodiac for two years with our young son. Although situations have changed and we’re moving out, we were happy there. Management was responsive and would promptly address and solve any concerns we had. It was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Big backyard and lots of space for the neighborhood kids to play. Process was easy, moving in and out. Thank you Juliana!
Zodiac village apartments. Old lady new makeup’s. Extremely cheap build up. No need drill to make a hole in the wall. Just need a finger nail. Ha …ha ….ha
