My personal experience with Zoch Auto has always been positive! I'd also witnessed them to go"Above and Beyond" for others with hardships-taking a loss to have done so.
The owner and employees are compassionate towards the situation that customers are in. My situation is I'm a single mother and the owner worked with me for payment on repairs. He is great about getting you in as quick as possible. And will make sure if you are a parent that your vehicle is safe for you and your child. If there is no way for you to leave for a long repair with a child the owner will offer a ride home. Really compassionate.
Always have had a good experience with these people.
