Residents of the Zocalo community for only six weeks, we loved our first Cinco de Mayo party, an annual event to which everyone in the community is invited-\-\condo owners and apartment dwellers. The Mexican food was "muy sabrosa", the margaritas "tremendas" and the Mariachi music "alegre" so we left the celebration "felices y contentos". It was fun to meet some of our friendly neighbors. I have lived in Santa Fe for almost 20 years and when the time came to move, my first choice was Zocalo! I love the location with easy access to everywhere. The apartments are unique, energy-saving, and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and the fitness center is very convenient. Best of all, is the genuine helpfulness and pride both Lori & Ron display in their taking care of the needs of the residents. This Alliance community is lucky to have such dedicated, professional people doing such a GREAT job!😁
Lori was really helpful and available when we made our move into Zocalo. Our townhouse is well designed, open and spacious-we love it! The location is perfect for us because we can be downtown in a few minutes and then when we come back here it’s peaceful and quiet-as if we were miles away. We love our neighbors too!
I lived here for one year when I first moved down to New Mexico from Oregon. The apartment was very nice, comfy, and private. The community around us was filled with very nice people. Our landlord, Lori Montoya, was fantastic and made the stay here that much better. She is respectful and responsive to our needs. The reason we decided not to renew our lease was because we wanted to move closer to our jobs which happened to be in another city; it was not because there was any drawback to the apartment.
