I am absolutely devastated. I invested hundreds of dollars into a full ZO Skin Health regimen, only to have it completely destroy my skin barrier and cause painful, cystic breakouts. After 20 years of carrying their products, they dropped us for not purchasing enough by end of year. Our contract never indicated this would be the case. Minimum buy in price was ridiculous when we requested to be reinstated. No response to any of our appeals. It’s ok. We’ve found a better brand to buy out our remaining product. From my research, it appears that most other popular Rx grade skincare companies are more transparent, interactive, and contain safer ingredients. Products are compatible to other skin care. Customer service is abhorrent, especially towards vendors of their product. Unless you purchase thousands of dollars of their products to sit on the shelves they absolutely don’t care about your business. Go with different brands, like Skin Better or Skin Medica. Same product, much better customer experience.
