Products are compatible to other skin care. Customer service is abhorrent, especially towards vendors of their product. Unless you purchase thousands of dollars of their products to sit on the shelves they absolutely don’t care about your business. Go with different brands, like Skin Better or Skin Medica. Same product, much better customer experience.

These people will take your money and then proceed to ignore you when the wrong order shows up. I've never had this problem with Vivier, which will see more business from me after this ordeal.
