These people will take your money and then proceed to ignore you when the wrong order shows up. I've never had this problem with Vivier, which will see more business from me after this ordeal.
I don't know how they're still in business when they refuse to help you after you make purchases. All they care about is the money and customer service does not exist with this company. They flat out refuse to refund you or replace their products even if you have the proof of expired products and defects. I have requested a manager and have yet to hear from one. They just ignore you in silence. Buyer beware! Go somewhere else where they will value you as a customer.
ZO customer service is AWFUL!!!! I hope any of y’all buying from them don’t have to deal with it! I will never buy anything from them again!!!! Their product wrecked my face too! Buyers beware!!!! I’ve never dealt with such TERRIBlLE customer service.
