Ordered a rear subframe for my E90. It was supposed to be delivered in 2-6 days. I called 6 days later to check on the status as their website still showed “awaiting fulfillment” as the status. The guy on the phone said “it was cancelled, you should have received a notification”. I told him I didn’t receive one. He then asked “do you still want it?”. I said yes. He said he’d call me back. Never called me back. Wasted a week of my time.
Have a high amount of parts that sometimes the dealership does not have.
Took my e36 to him for a trans swap and he took alot of time drove my car around lied to me that my car was getting worked on and charged me a couple thousand which he never gave back !!!! I Had to call the cops to get my car and keys back from him !!!!!
Crappy unreliable service waited over a week just for a quote workers on the phone were very rude! Unpleasant never going back and never going to to call waist of time and money
