After 17 years I’ve been with this office. I missed appointments, Paid for the missed appointments, And I was told that I was terminated from their office as a patient. I never knew of any policy that you couldn’t miss three appointments. No one ever explained that to me never said anything to me when the appointments was missed, and when I made a new appointment, nothing was explained to me.
