Kyle was real helpful and knowledgeable in resolving my issue! He's a great worker!
Needed assistance with our door lock and alarm app. I did what Kyle suggested by contacting Kwikset to factory reset the lock. Then Kyle needed to enter the lockset into the panel and app. He wasn’t available when I called but an appointment was set for after his 9:30am appointment. He showed up promptly after and contacted me. I opened up the home through the garage and was able to disarm the system.
