I had a great experience with Kyle from ZMANA! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain how everything worked, made sure my smart home system was set up correctly, and answered all of my questions with patience. Kyle did an amazing job setting up our home security system! He was professional, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. He walked us through every step thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and ensured we were comfortable using the app and system before he left. I will first start by saying overall I am very satisfied with the service received by ZMANA during the in-person setup. In the beginning, I was very skeptical. Upon moving in I received a flyer for ZMANA’s services. However, the website rerouted me to “404 Not Found” when attempting to initiate startup. Kyle was great at communicating with us about our new devices since we had just bought a new home that provides ZMANA products/devices. He was great at scheduling a time that would best accommodate us since we could not get the door to work initially the first time. The second time Kyle came out to assist us, he was very thorough and provided great detail of how to use our new products!
