Great customer service and they are very helpful in sourcing a solution for a towhook on multiple vehicles of mine ! Also run their lift pads and they are excellent! Being a small company sometimes customer support can be hard but when they help they do it well!
Sent me the wrong item. Takes forever to respond. Said on two occasions he would send the correct item and never did. Never responded to request for a refund. Stay away .
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They take your money right away, and then you can't get any communication from them after that!! I ordered a tow hook for my 2019 ZL1 Camaro, which it says takes 2 to 3 business days to ship to you. It took over SIX WEEKS to finally receive my order and they sent me the wrong one!!! It won't screw into the socket and the box it came in doesn't have any markings on it, so I have no idea what they sent me.
