ZK contracting was not only extremely professional but also very accommodating when it came to scheduling. The quality of the work is top tier, area was cleaned, treated, and repaired as discussed. Have not had a single drop of water since the roof drain flange repair and re coating of the membrane. Iqbal the owner is very easy to work with and his pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company’s services.
