Overall they were good and got me in a place quickly and were understanding with my paperwork. Couple flaws the showing agent wasn't there at my appointment because he was stuck in traffic so I had to sneak in and view the unit by myself. They told me some false information to close the sale like "the floors were just put in" actually the super told me it was done twelve years ago etc. but i get it it's just sales. I'm happy with my place and they were quick and accommodating.

I had an excellent experience with Michael from Zjama Realty Corp. He was extremely prompt and responsive, available to my calls and texts at all hours. Moving from out of state to New York can be very stressful and confusing however Michael was very patient with me, addressed all of questions and concerns. He is personable, honest, and professional. I would recommend working with Zjama Realty Corp. I wish I had discovered them sooner in my apartment hunting.

We worked with Gershon since he was the leasing agent for the building we are moving into. We had a positive experience - he was responsive and helpful. He answered all our questions, negotiated with management on our behalf and let us tour the apartment multiple times.
