I understand being busy but if you’re running behind an acknowledgment would be nice or even an update on how much longer it will be. I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no one checking in and had to walk out. I won’t be back.
My son got a haircut from Alaina L. He was very happy with her and now only wants to get his haircut by her. She’s very friendly and does exactly what you ask for. She also has good recommendations.
Very good experience here. Staff was very pleasant and Alaina did a good job with my hair.
I've been to Zizza's 2 times so far. Once for a haircut with Nadia and then highlights done by Alaina. Both ladies did a great job. They are friendly and professional and the salon is clean and comfortable.
