Zizi is the BEST hairstylist in the DMV!!! So worth it! She goes above and beyond and I leave feeling beautiful each time! She is a a pro! I highly recommend her! And her customer service is amazing. I am always happy with my services with her!
I was there for my appointment on time but had no idea that Zizi’s salon was inside another salon. After taking time off from my job, I would have liked to get the services I asked for. Instead, she called me and was rude and awful. And said that I still needed to pay her even though she did NOTHING. Zizi, get a sign and/or a better website so your clients can actually find where you are. There is no way I would ever return.
