I was disappointed with my experience with Zizi. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my appointment and ended up sitting in the building lobby with wet hair while she continued working on another client. What bothered me most was how the delay was handled. Zizi suggested that my being on the phone contributed to the wait, but I was only on the phone for about 5–10 minutes while I was already waiting. Zizi made me wait for almost half an hour. I sat in the building lobby with wet hair while she finished someone else's hair. She then tried to blame the delay on me being on the phone -- I was on the phone no longer than 5 or 10 minutes while I waited. She was not done with her prior customer even after my hair was washed. Please don't blame the customer for your scheduling delays. She did not handle the situation well. Will not go back...

I found Zizi through Google and this was my first time booking with her. She did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted, and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. My haircut turned out great, and the blowout was beautiful. Her pricing is also very reasonable for the area. I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend her!
