Been here a few times not sure why I keep trying, but today was the worst manicure I have ever had. I think they do not like real nails. I will not be going back☹️
I stopped going to walk in nail salons because I felt like cattle waiting in line to be milked with my feet sitting in water for 15 to 20 minutes while they finish other customers. I had a horrible experience. The old Asian lady with the glasses was rude and treated me different and I strongly believe it was due to my race. I had to run to my car to get my card and told her I was, she stood by the door and made sure I was coming back to pay. She made me feel very uncomfortable like I was going to run off. I will never go back and spend my money there.
They were so rude we waited for almost 2 hrs to get into the chair and he was very rough tried to do my nails the way he wanted told him fix it he caught an attitude
I went in today to get a fill and the man that took me didn’t even listen. Did what he wanted probably because it cost more. During that time he was very rough and hurt me over and over. I tried to tell him and he seemed to get rougher with me. I was literally bleeding. When I checked out I asked the owner if she could teach him to be more gentle because he hurt me and she said that’s normal.
