I had an eyebrow threading and tint today. Had it done many times in the past here at Ziva. The girl that did my eyes ripped my skin very harshly everytime she’d thread. It’s so swollen tonight. I didn’t wanna make a scene complain but every time she would thread it I had to hold in a scream. I had an Appointment Today with Sam. This is the 2nd Time I've had an appointment with Her, that she did show up for - whether it be sick or something else, I don't know because neither SHE or anyone else bothered to call me and let me know. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE since I Drive 45min!!! They just Lost a long time customer. Too many other places I can go and closer.
