First time customer as a walk in I didn't have to wait long and customer service was excellent for my service I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and it was exactly what I wanted
Today was a bad experience at this place. I arrived at 5:46 pm. I was asked did I have an appointment then I was told to have a seat. Now one technician had two ppl and the other who told me to seat started on the three ppl ahead now it’s about 6:15 she finish the three and proceeded to ask her coworker could she get me because another person has came in behind me and I suppose she was going to do her.
