I have been going here for about a year and a half!! Believe it or not these are my real nails Annie has helped me grow and keep healthy and long! Not to mention the pedis are top tier, I drive about 30 minutes to get here passing SEVERAL places to come here. The staff is great and very friendly and I ALWAYS send my friends here! Keep it classy or go for a full design; they can do it all! (Pricing is for a full set with designs + a top level pedi with gel + tip)
They are nice, however the service I asked for wasn’t done. I asked for a design just some wavy lines. She left me with blobs and was going to let me keep it on if I didn’t ask her to take it off. I asked her for gel top said and just gave me a regular top coat. It was $60. Now I have to go pay that again to ask someone for what I actually wanted. To top it off one of my nails is still a little crooked, which I guess isn’t a big deal but it’s going to bother me- I already asked her to fix it once. What I wanted vs what I got... read more
I absolutely love my nail tech ,her staff is very polite , she’s the best at what she does and the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She takes her time and makes sure that she does everything according to what you asked for .. I’ve been going to her for over 4years now and I’m glad that I chose her as my nail tech .
This place is great! I’m looking forward to coming back here due to the nice people, atmosphere, and cleanliness. But I will say that it’s only been day 2 and I already have to come back to get my nails redone I guess because he didn’t put enough top shine coating on it. I have no clue, but they are nice people I just wish I didn’t have to spend 75 bucks on nails just for them to screw up on day 3
I decided to try Ziva Nail Lounge for the first time on yesterday. I decided to have a gel manicure. The end results were very unsatisfactory. Throughout the manicure, I made the nail tech, Thomas, aware of areas of the cuticle that he had not cleaned well. Additionally, I would point out areas that he missed with color application. Each time, he made a very audible/rude sigh as he "addressed" the areas of concern. The polish has already starting to peel/lift up near the cuticle. Very disappointing.
