I’ve never been treated so horribly by a medical professional and their team. The staff was extremely dismissive and condescending and questioned me multiple times when I refused a procedure that I did not feel comfortable jumping into having right away. The medical assistant literally threw her hands in the air and backed away from her desk when I informed her what I wanted. He consistently creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, making each visit a positive experience. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Zittel for always helping me out.
I highly recommend! I have had female doctors my whole life, so I was a little nervous, but everyone is so nice and I appreciate his amazing bedside manner!
