Zisser is a horrible mediator who threatened that if I didn't agree to his terms that he would tell the judge I was uncooperative in mediation. My son was what was on the line. Further, we had an agreement and was scheduled to come back to continue mediation. When we came back he said I agreed to the first part but the condition of me signing on the first part was null.
